Q & A with Brenda Galeano

by Denitza Leon in

Need some summer vibes in your life? No worries our Robert Wayne employee Brenda Galeano from Brea, California is talks style, music and Vans with us. Those are just a few things that inspire her most to have a summer that is far from the norm. Move on down to see how she radiates summer style.

Q: What is your current favorite pair of shoes?

BG: I would have to say my leather Sk8-Hi Vans. They're all black with white rubber soles, with just a hint of gold lining. They go with everything and the leather with gold gives my outfits a sleek look.

Q: Last shoes purchased? What made you have to have them?

BG: The last shoes I purchased were the classic pink Chucks in a kid's size. Customers have been asking for these shoes for the past year and luckily my foot is small enough to fit into the kid's version. They're a perfect color for summer, and as far as I see it, you can never go with with a classic Chuck.

Q: Are there any social media accounts/influencers that inspire you?

BG: I follow a lot of beauty bloggers and gurus on Instagram who showcase makeup and fashion tips. My favorite at the moment would include: Carli Bybel, Amra Olevic, Sophia Miacova, and Laura's Boutique.

Q: Your favorite store to shop?

I have a tie between two stores; I just can't decide! Windsor is where I get most of my dresses and tops. Cotton On is where I go for all my jeans and casual attire.

Q: Trend you would like to see make a comeback?

BG: I can see that denim has been a hot trend recently, so I am going to say I would be happy to see the denim skirt comeback with a modern twist.

Q: What album or artist are you currently listening to?

BG: There has been a lot of good music coming out lately. Right now I have Jhene Aiko and Big Sean's TWENTY88 collaboration on repeat.

Q: Who would you swap wardrobes with?

BG: I would love to swap wardrobes with model Sophia Miacova. I would just hope to look as good as she does!

Q: What are you looking forward to doing most this summer?

BG: Definitely traveling and road trips. I love getting away routine and getting to know another place better.
